 Craig Barnett - Potential Pathways

I first became interested in education at a young age through my love of music and working with others. This inspired me to fulfil my ambitions of working within educational settings. I have been fortunate to work in partnership with 14 local schools, offering a range of different opportunities. These include PPA music, media, yoga, and drama, as well as group and individual instrument tuition.

During my teaching career, my philosophy of valuing every individual has grown, providing children with equal opportunities to develop and learn through a broad and inspiring curriculum. I believe in making each session I deliver as engaging and enjoyable as I can to inspire children’s love for learning by promoting learning in an active environment. I believe children can thrive when given the chance to explore, practically engage, investigate, discuss and ask questions.

As an individual, I am a dependable, enthusiastic person who enjoys challenges and is always striving to do my best. I am reflective of my practice and am always looking for ways to improve my professional development. I am a caring, compassionate individual.
